Unfortunately, DHL SDD does not ship to these addresses. For these addresses, we need to specifically use DHL office hours delivery. If your package is still not delivered after 3 business days, please contact Info@koreanskincare.nl

A typical Korean skincare routine includes at least 10 steps, which can include cleansing, toning, exfoliating, applying serums and essences, using sheet masks, applying eye cream and moisturizer, and applying sun protection.

Yes! We do offer skincare advice. One way is to contact us, you will then be forwarded to our skincare advisor who will ask a couple of questions regarding your skin!

KS Points

KS Points are points that can be earned to use to create a discount for an order!

There are multiple ways of earning KS Points. The most common way is by placing an order. Every €1 spent is equal to 5 KS Points.
